TAS Plan Review Prerequisites:

TABS#: Register Online with TDLR (Jeromy Murphy RAS#489) or Fill-Out and Print a TDLR Architectural Barriers Project Registration form for ACI to register the project for you (There will be an additional $150 fee for this service).
Proof of Submission form to be filled out by the project Design Professional
One complete set of Construction Documents in PDF format (PDFs only, 30 MB limit per file)

TDLR Filing Fee - pay only if ACI will be registering the project for you. ACI charges $150 additional for registering projects. Allow 48 hours for project registration. (Optional $175 State Fee +$150 ACI Fee)

Expedited Review – 2 Business Days (Optional $200)

Inspection Travel Expense for projects outside of Houston city limits – See Mileage Chart located at the bottom of this page.

We agree that the limit of liability of ACI for any claim against it for services performed under this agreement shall be the sum of its fee pursuant to this agreement. We understand that in performing such services, ACI is assuming none of the responsibilities of the Architect-of-Record for design, suitability of purpose or compliance with law or regulation including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). We further understand that the opinions of ACI are for the limited purpose of meeting State requirements for such reviews & inspection under the statute and do not constitute a warranty or representation for any purpose.
